The traditional lunch will once again be held in the Village Hall at Alrewas immediately after the services at the Arboretum, details of which will be sent separately.
We expect to start the luncheon at around 1pm(ish) as people make their way from the NMA. The cost for the two course meal which will include wines and soft drinks is £17.50.
Attendance at the Arboretum is not an obligation particularly as our membership ages but it will be good to see support at the 41 Club Garden for those who can make it.
There is limited availability so an early reservation is needed by return. Those already on the pre-registered list will of course receive priority. We will be opening the event to “family” clubs in due course so act now. Please therefore email Mac Cummings with your request for places asap. This includes those who have pre-registered.
Instruction for payment will be made nearer the date.
