NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 18.2 THAT THE 74th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION OF EX-ROUND TABLRS’ CLUBS WILL BE HELD AT THE RIVIERA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTRE, CHESTNUT AVENUE, TORQUAY, TQ2 5LZ ON SATURDAY 6TH APRIL 2019 STARTING AT 9.00 am, WITH REGISTRATION STARTING AT 8.30 am.
Please note:-
1. Resolutions in accordance with Rule 18.4 should be sent to me to arrive not later than Friday 1st February 2019.
2. Nominations for any post of an Association Officer for the years 2019-22 (listed below) in accordance with Rules 6.1 and 6.5 should be sent to me, on the accompanying form(s) (copies also in our website, under the Secretary’s pages), to arrive not later than Friday 1st February 2019.

3. National Council at their meeting in October voted for our Association to put forward a bid to host the 41 International AGM in 2022. Should we win the hosting vote, we also get nominate who we wish to stand for International Presidency (and therefore Vice Presidency for 3 years – this being a 5 year role, including one year IPP). Nominations for candidate for International Presidency are called for and should be sent to me, on the accompanying form, to also arrive not later than Friday 1st February 2019.
4. Finally, we have several vacancies for National Councillors becoming available from our National Council meeting on Friday 5th April 2019, in the following regions:-
Region 1 – Scotland North
Region 3 – Ireland
Region 5 – North West
Region 6 – Yorkshire
Region 7 – Greater Manchester
Region 9 – Lincolnshire
Region 10 – East Midlands
Region 13 – South Wales
