And whilst we are on the subject, cast your minds back to 1980, when Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark released “Enola Gay“, a haunting reminder of the first wartime atomic bomb drop.

(There were many anti-war songs back then: 99 Red Balloons by Nena and Two Tribes by Frankie goes to Hollywood, to name but a couple.)
